Job summary

Songo Locks School in Naples, ME seeks a permanent substitute to work across school settings for the full academic year (175 student days) at 6.5 hours per day. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and reliable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Seeking an organized, flexible, and reliable individual able to work effectively in any and all school settings as a permanent substitute.

The permanent substitute is a school year position, 175 student days, 6.5 hours per day.

• In addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ideal candidate possesses knowledge of and experience with:
• Effective classroom management strategies, including establishing and maintaining routines and procedures
• Building and maintaining supportive relationships with students
• Maintain confidentiality
• Be a team player and have communication skills with students, staff, and parents

EXPERIENCE AND FAMILIARITY WITH OFFICE PROCEDURES AND CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION – PREFERRED
