Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents across two facilities in Ideal, Georgia. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend rotation.
The SLP will evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, travel between facilities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ideal, Georgia. This permanent position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 30 hours per week, and no weekend rotation.
The role supports residents across two facilities located approximately 12 miles apart, giving you the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations while enjoying a manageable, well-defined travel area.
This position is ideal for an SLP who is comfortable working across multiple sites and enjoys the variety that comes with supporting residents in different clinical environments.
Please note: This position is not open to new graduates. Prior SLP experience is required.

The position will support two facilities:
Facility 1: 60 beds
Facility 2: 88 beds
Distance: Approximately 12 miles apart
Travel between the two facilities is an essential part of the role, so candidates must be comfortable providing coverage across both locations.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and goals
Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and other interdisciplinary team members
Participate in care planning and communicate patient progress effectively
Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and recommendations
Travel between the two assigned facilities as needed to provide consistent patient care
Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and quality of life
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for Georgia licensure
ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
Prior professional SLP experience required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team
Comfortable traveling between two facilities approximately 12 miles apart
Reliable transportation and ability to meet the travel requirements of the position
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
New graduates will not be considered for this position
The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 30 hours per week, with no weekend rotation.
