Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
Promote patient safety and encourage continued progress toward functional goals
Follow professional, regulatory, and facility standards of care
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organisational and clinical skills
