HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is hiring a Physical Therapist in Panama City, FL. The position is available full-time or part-time with no weekends, offering strong hourly pay and a collaborative clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited PT degree, an active Florida license or ability to obtain, and a team-oriented attitude. New grads and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply, with health benefits and PTO provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and appropriate modalities.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and other healthcare providers.
• Help create a positive and supportive patient experience.
