WellTech is partnering with a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Panama City, FL to hire a Physical Therapist who is outgoing, team‑oriented and patient‑focused. The clinic emphasizes a functional fitness approach and offers dry needling as part of patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or DPT (Florida) is required.
• Interest in orthopedic/manual therapy.
• Dry needling certification a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic owner to develop clinical skills.
• Treat outpatient orthopedic patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain a positive, team‑oriented environment and ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Support patient outcomes with evidence-based manual therapy techniques.

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic | Panama City, FL

WellTech is partnering with a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Panama City, FL to find an excited, outgoing, and hard-working Physical Therapist to join their team. The clinic has recently expanded to over 6,000 square feet of state‑of‑the‑art space — and is located near the World's Most Beautiful Beaches!

• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
• Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
• Caseload: 12-14 / day (max is 16).
  • 3.8 units per visit.
• Salary: $80,000 – $88,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role

This clinic incorporates a functional fitness approach to treatment for musculoskeletal injury and orthopedic surgery rehab. They are also one of only a few clinics in the area to offer dry needling as part of the patient care model.
