Talented Medical Solutions seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a 110-bed SNF in Colorado Springs, CO. This permanent, full-time role offers a 35-hour work week with Monday–Friday scheduling and no weekend rotation.

New graduates are welcome; you will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and meaningful daily activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve independence and quality of life.
• Address activities of daily living, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and other areas affecting patient independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
• Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Compensation for New Graduates
