Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join an 80-bed SNF in Canon City, Colorado. This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, enabling meaningful patient care and a balanced life.

You'll help patients regain independence, improve daily activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a smaller SNF environment. New graduates considered based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve independence and quality of life.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Compensation: $42–$47/hour
Schedule: 35 hours/week | Monday–Friday
Weekend Rotation: None

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join an 80-bed skilled nursing facility in beautiful Canon City, Colorado. This permanent opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

You'll work closely with patients to help them regain functional independence, improve their ability to perform daily activities, and reach meaningful therapy goals. In a smaller SNF environment, you'll also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

SNF experience is preferred but not required
