Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current or eligible California Occupational Therapist license.
• NBCOT certification, if applicable.
• Current BLS/CPR certification, if required by the facility.
• Additional specialty certifications are welcomed and encouraged.
• Ability to meet facility credentialing, health screening, background, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients improve their independence, mobility, and ability to perform everyday activities. Responsibilities may include:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions focused on functional independence and quality of life.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.

Document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Credentials

Credentialing is a priority for this position. Candidates should be prepared to provide current and complete documentation so we can help keep the onboarding process moving smoothly.
