Job summary

Location: Willows, CA
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Willows, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
