Curative partners with an established ophthalmology group in Birmingham, AL to recruit a glaucoma/cataract surgeon for a full-time, high-volume practice. The scope includes MIGS, complex cataracts, and strong surgical volume with co-management from optometrists.

MD/DO with glaucoma fellowship required; two surgery days per week with clinic days, offering a guaranteed salary of 400,000–450,000 with 30% collections and sign-on up to 50,000 plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with fellowship trained in Glaucoma required.
• Strong cataract surgery skills and comfort with MIGS.
• Collaborative approach with optometrists and referring physicians; ready for a high-volume practice.
