This position offers high-volume glaucoma surgery with MIGS, traditional procedures, laser treatments, and premium cataract surgery using advanced IOLs and femtosecond laser, with access to a strong referral network.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume glaucoma surgeries including MIGS and traditional glaucoma procedures.
• Administer laser glaucoma treatments and manage postoperative care.
• Conduct premium cataract surgery with toric, multifocal, and extended depth-of-focus IOLs using femtosecond laser when available.
• Develop and nurture patient relationships and coordinate with the referral network to sustain patient flow.
• Utilize modern diagnostic and surgical technology and collaborate with experienced support staff.
