Job summary

Curative in Oxford, Alabama, seeks a cataract and anterior segment surgeon to join an established practice with strong referral patterns and modern cataract offerings. Expect Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with blocked OR time and potential for 2–3 OR days per week.

Guaranteed salary $400,000–$450,000 with 30% collections sharing and $600K+ potential, plus tail malpractice, 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and possible signing bonus or relocation.

Qualifications

• MD/DO; residents and fellows considered
• Comfort with cataract and anterior segment surgery; glaucoma or cornea experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform cataract and anterior segment surgeries and related care
• Collaborate with a stable group of ophthalmologists and staff to support patient care
