Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a leader to oversee the Permanency Services Program in the United States. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, compliance, and staff development to strengthen families and communities.

Ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in human services or equivalent and at least two years of supervisory experience, with a valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving standards. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and support staff development
• Represent the agency in public and private forums
• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
