Job summary

TFI Family Services in the United States seeks a leader to run the Permanency Services Program. The role requires directing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding clinical and administrative functions to meet agency goals.

The candidate will supervise staff, represent the agency in forums, and promote teamwork and cultural sensitivity across the organization. A master's in human services or enrollment within six months is required along with driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and support staff development
• Represent the agency in public and private forums
• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
