Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a capable leader to manage the Permanency Services Program, directing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and representing the agency in public and private forums to advance family service excellence.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field (or enrollment within 6 months), at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and support staff development
• Represent the agency in public and private forums
• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
