Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Alternative: non-Human Services degree plus 1 year of Human Services experience or completion of Oregon Caseworker Competency coursework.
• Associate degree plus 2 years of Human Services related experience or equivalent training considered.

Responsibilities

• Support families by helping them achieve goals while ensuring child safety.
• Provide case management with diverse families and partners.
• Engage with children, families, resource parents, and caregivers using trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop strategies leveraging family strengths to address areas needing improvement.
• Handle documentation, home visits, legal documentation, and court hearings.
