Job summary

MedCadre in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Working with physicians and a care team, you will provide therapy, document progress, educate families, and ensure safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP license.
• ASHA certification or eligibility.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
