Perm - Physician - Hematology Oncology Findlay, OH
Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. We are seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to help us serve 1,200+ new patients per year.
Job Description:
- Armes Family Cancer Care Center, a fully comprehensive CoC accredited, stand-alone, regional cancer center, is undergoing a complete renovation which includes expansion of our onsite lab and pharmacy, addition of (9) new state-of-the-art exam rooms, (8) infusion bays, as well as linear accelerator upgrades and replacement of our CT Simulator.
- Traditional Schedule: Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote) + 1:4 inpatient call OR Alternative Schedule: 3-12's, week on/off, etc. + inpatient call will be considered.
- 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate.
- Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs.
- Chemo certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administration.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: *** to ***/year --Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term. Based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
