The Opportunity
Optigy is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a busy and well-supported multispecialty practice in Findlay OH. This role offers the unique blend of a community-style setting with the robust resources of a large integrated system.
Practice Details:
• Traditional schedule including clinic, hospital responsibilities, and call
• Minimum of 32 patient contact hours/week plus rounding
• On-call and weekend rotation: 1:6
• Average daily patient volume: 20-25
• Clinic located in a new medical office building adjacent to hospital campus
• Dedicated 20-bed LDR unit with spa-like atmosphere
• Access to surgical technology including da Vinci XI & SI
• 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia support
• Level II NICU support with pediatric specialties available
• System-wide OB/GYN network across Idaho and eastern Oregon
• Ontario, OR campus includes 10-bed LDRP and serves surrounding counties
• Integrated care approach with access to OB hospitalist services and advanced diagnostics
Eligibility:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within 3 years)
• Not accepting visa candidates
• Not open to locum, locum-to-perm, or 1099
• Must reside locally (not open to commuting long distances or side employment)
• Cannot accept candidates with lapsed Board Certification
• Full-time, permanent interest required
Compensation & Benefits:
• Floating base salary up to $374,662
