Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner – Neonatology

Job Details:

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
• Full‑time NNP role with 16 24‑hour shifts for optimal work‑life balance
• Attend deliveries with no transport responsibilities required
• Deliver care across four hospitals within St. Vincent's Health System and HCA Hospitals
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including 6 Neonatologists, 1 Pediatrician, and 16 Advanced Practice Providers
• Function with high level of autonomy supported by in‑house neonatologist coverage and on‑call backup
• Participate in team‑oriented, collegial environment
• Permanent position requiring local residency (relocation assistance available)
• APRN National Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner required
• Master's degree and minimum 1 year NNP experience required
• Florida APRN License required (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean malpractice/license history preferred
