Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, high-performing team across four hospitals. The role involves a mix of 16–24 hour shifts, care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries, and attendance at deliveries with no transport duties.

You’ll work with six neonatologists, one pediatrician, and sixteen Advanced Practice Providers, enjoying autonomy with on-call coverage and tuition reimbursement potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree and at least 1 year of NNP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries.
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities).
• Work with a team of neonatologists, pediatrician and APs.
• Maintain autonomy with in-house and on-call neonatologist coverage.

Position Highlights
