This facility is South Florida's premier provider of neonatal services featuring a large Level IV NICU along with coverage of other hospitals in the system. Opportunity: Board Certified - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Join a team of highly skilled physicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality care to the smallest of patients. This role offers the chance to work in a high‑acuity environment where your specialized skills and experience will be highly valued and utilized daily.

Job Details:

• Full‑time NNPs rotate to all 3 hospitals (all within about 20‑30 minute driving distance of each other) in the healthcare system
• The 2 Level III units have 24‑hour shifts
• The Level IV unit has either 10‑ or 12‑hour day shifts and 12‑ or 16‑hour night shifts
• Must have current 2+ years of experience as an NNP (not including RN experience)
• Must be NNP Board Certified
• FL License required (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Many locations offer sign‑on bonuses, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement (to be discussed during interview).
