POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate PD Training Nurse to join our innovative Concierge In-Home Peritoneal Dialysis Training Program.

This position provides individualized peritoneal dialysis education and training directly in the patient's home, allowing patients and caregivers to learn PD in a comfortable, private environment while receiving highly personalized clinical support.

The PD Training Nurse will be responsible for preparing patients and caregivers to safely and confidently perform peritoneal dialysis, including aseptic technique, catheter care, equipment setup, treatment procedures, troubleshooting, infection prevention, emergency procedures, and ongoing self-management.

The ideal candidate is an experienced dialysis nurse who is highly independent, organized, clinically confident, and comfortable providing care and education outside of the traditional dialysis facility setting.
