Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training Registered Nurse to educate and support patients and care partners as they transition to home dialysis therapies.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state RN licensure.
• 1 year nursing experience required.
• Experience in peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis preferred.
• Training patients and care partners on home dialysis.
• Meet state licensing requirements.

Are you passionate about empowering patients to manage their dialysis treatment at home? Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training Registered Nurse (RN) to educate, train, and support patients and their care partners as they transition to home dialysis therapies.

In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with patients, promote independence, and play a key part in improving quality of life through home-based care.

Work Experience

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
• Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Additional three (3) months of experience in the specific modality unless otherwise specified in specific state regulations.
• Documented training and experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis and train and educate patients and care partners on home dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the patient's home dialysis journey.
• Promote safe treatment practices and positive patient outcomes.

Salary Range

• $40.00 - $46.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
