Qualifications

• High School or equivalent experience.
• One year or more of retail experience including performing the duties of an Assistant Manager.
• Ability to solve problems and perform arithmetic.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees to meet customer needs.
• Maintains a positive, friendly atmosphere and leads by example in greetings and service.
• Trains staff, handles issues, and coordinates disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Assists with scheduling, staffing, and labor planning to meet store goals.
• Oversees merchandise placement, displays, and store cleanliness to ensure profitability and standards.
