Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. in Alaska is seeking Chill/Freeze Stockers to stock and straighten merchandise, rotate perishables, and monitor expiration dates on the floor and in back stock.

You will follow markdown guidelines, clear aisles, assist customers, and help unload and load trucks. This in-person position requires teamwork, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in stocking, merchandising, and cleaning in a retail setting.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Excellent customer service and communication with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Stock and straighten merchandise; rotate and monitor perishables.
• Ensure product freshness and monitor expiration dates.
• Clear and clean aisles; assist customers with loading and product knowledge.
• Unload and load trucks; set up and modify displays for safe handling.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment as needed.
