Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking a full-time Chill/Freeze PICs associate in Anchorage. You will stock and rotate perishables, supervise team members in the chill/freeze area, and help ensure freshness and proper markdowns while delivering courteous service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, operating pallet jack or forklift as needed, maintaining displays, and assisting customers to locate products. DOE starts at $19.00/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience handling merchandise and perishable products.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and basic store equipment.
• Commitment to safety and accuracy in stocking.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate perishable products in chill/freeze areas.
• Schedule and supervise team members in the chill/freeze department.
• Ensure products are fresh, not expired, and properly labeled.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist customers in-store.
