Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot in Philadelphia is seeking a Stocker - Perishables to provide prompt customer service, stock perishables, and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting heavy items, following HACCP regulations, and assisting in inventory turnover to prevent shrinkage. Union, hourly shifts (8-10 hours) are offered in a fast-paced wholesale setting.

• Follow HACCP regulations for safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to shoppers.
• Stock and restock shelves, removing boxes from pallets as needed.
• Keep shelves organized and correctly priced.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Assist in inventory checks and product rotation daily.
• Coordinate with Hi-Lo operators to keep floor stock accurate.
• Report low or out-of-stock items to supervisors.
• Handle spills and trash promptly to maintain safe floors.
