Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Stocker - Perishables in the Deli department. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining clean, safe work areas, and providing prompt customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role involves lifting and moving items, following HACCP guidelines, and collaborating with Deli Manager for inventory and pricing accuracy. Union-friendly, full/part-time, hourly shifts (8-10 hours).

Qualifications

• Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves; opens boxes and restocks items.
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves.
• Performs inspections to meet HACCP regulations.
• Assists in inventory review for daily rotation to prevent shrinkage and damages.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves; opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves.
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves.
• Performs the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations.
• Assists in the review of inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Ensures shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricing.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinates with Hi-Lo operators to keep selling floor stocked and safe.
• Notifies supervisors of low stock or out-of-stock items.
