Job summary

Pacific Seafood seeks a Production Coordinator for the Penn Cove Plant to manage order fulfillment, coordinate harvest and production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality seafood products. The role requires hands-on logistics coordination and close collaboration with sales, warehouse, and production teams.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in supply chain or logistics, a high school diploma or GED, and strong multitasking abilities; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong prioritization skills and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate harvest and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Handle order fulfillment from warehouse to customer and ensure order accuracy.
• Oversee shipping logistics and arrange local, road, and air transportation.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery, and sales status updates.
