Qualifications

• Over five years of related managerial experience required.
• Strong inventory, pricing, merchandising and people leadership abilities.

• Oversee perishables operations and supervise staff to meet goals.
• Coach and develop employees; provide training and feedback.
• Maintain excellent customer service and store standards daily.
• Coordinate opening/closing, scheduling, inventory control and safety.
• Monitor pricing, merchandising, and promotional execution.
