Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees and ensures customer needs are met.
• Oversees training, handles employee issues, and coordinates disciplinary procedures when necessary.
• Determines store location of ads and promotional displays, and ensures product quality and quantities meet customer and store demands.
• Forecasts and reviews the store labor schedule with store directors.
• Ensures store standards for customer service, employee relations, and profitability.
