Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is hiring for Chill/Freeze Stockers in Alaska. You will stock, rotate and rotate perishable items, maintain displays, and assist customers with loading items. The role requires attention to expiration dates, safety compliance and teamwork in a busy store environment.

Part-time and full-time schedules are available; starting pay is $16.00/hr with opportunities for raises based on hours worked and performance. In-store benefits include health and other insurance options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with stocking, merchandising and customer service is a plus.
• Ability to operate basic store equipment and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Stock and straighten merchandise; rotate perishable items and check expiration dates.
• Maintain displays, signage and price tags; assist with unloading/loading trucks.
• Assist customers and load items into vehicles when needed.
• Follow company markdown guidelines and safety procedures.
