Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking a Chill/Freeze Stocker to stock and rotate merchandise, monitor perishables, and ensure freshness on the floor and in back stock. The role includes unloading/loading trucks, assisting customers, and maintaining clean aisles and displays.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and be able to operate a pallet jack and basic store equipment. Starting pay is $15.00/hour, DOE, with part-time and full-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with stocking, rotation and shelf merchandising.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and basic store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and straighten merchandise; rotate perishables.
• Ensure product freshness and adherence to markdown guidelines.
• Assist customers, load/unload trucks and help with front-end duties.
