• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Check produce in slots daily to ensure shipping quality.
• Communicate quality issues to buyers and assist resolutions.
• Ensure proper product rotation and report any rotation problems.
• Monitor variance reports for spoilage/damage.
• Greet customers and colleagues to maintain good service.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight and document conditions.
• Regularly update parties on product quality status.
• Analyze QA problems and propose solutions.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation policies.
