Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound/outbound trends and identifies gaps; makes recommendations.
• Participates on distribution center management team; builds action plans.
• Conducts daily status meetings with management to review performance.
• Leads Productivity Improvement Plan development for KPIs.
• Conducts observations and analyses to address gaps.
• Leads inbound/outbound team goals and measurements.
• Reviews strategic goals and sets performance targets.
• Monitors department budget monthly and assists in budget development.
• Conducts weekly staffing reviews with Operations Manager and HR.
• Communicates with carrier about loads and backhauls.
