Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience in distribution, logistics and management.
• Experience in warehouse management systems and RTS applications preferred.
• College degree in business.

Responsibilities

• Reviews current or future trends to identify gaps in inbound/outbound functions and makes recommendations.
• Participates on distribution center management team and develops action plans for analyses and gap identification.
• Leads daily/weekly meetings to review performance and plan for the day.
• Leads Productivity Improvement Plan development for identified indicators.
• Reviews budgets and assists in budget development for inbound/outbound functions.
• Conducts weekly staffing reviews with Operations Manager and HR to determine staffing levels.
• Communicates with company carrier regarding store loads and backhauls.
