Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Houston, TX seeks a full-time Delivery Driver who will deliver seafood and gourmet products, act as the primary contact with customers, and uphold high safety standards including HACCP and DOT compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years driving experience, a valid state driver’s license, basic English, and a friendly, professional customer service demeanor to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years driving experience; temp-controlled product experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented, friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip responsibilities and verify route/account numbers.
• Drive and deliver customer orders according to route; secure vehicle during drops.
• Load/unload products safely using dolly or equipment.
• Obtain customer signatures and confirm delivery; document transactions.
• Follow DOT and HACCP regulations; maintain temperature controls.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and report issues to supervisor.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager to keep vehicles maintained and records current.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
