Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a responsible Delivery Driver Class A to deliver a range of perishable products and act as the primary contact for customers. The role requires adherence to DOT and HACCP regulations and the ability to maintain product quality through temperature-controlled transportation.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of commercial driving experience, a valid Class A license, and willingness to work long shifts including Saturdays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip responsibilities including checking route and account numbers.
• Drive and deliver customer orders per predetermined route; secure vehicle during drop-offs.
• Load and unload products using dolly or equipment; verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures.
• Communicate issues to management; complete post-delivery tasks and necessary documents.
• Follow DOT and HACCP regulations; monitor temperature-controlled transport for quality.
• Provide professional customer service to develop satisfaction and goodwill; handle payments and record transactions.
