Dollar General is seeking a capable leader in Leachville, AR to manage the Perishable Departments, including produce, meat, dairy, bakery, and frozen items. You will help with inventory, merchandising, and delivering quality customer service while safeguarding store assets.

Under the Store Manager, you will train associates, enforce food handling rules, and drive profitability through accurate stocking and compelling displays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous lead or grocery store experience preferred.
• Attainment of local/state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring financial integrity through cash accountability and security practices.
• Follow SOPs, Employee Handbook, and company communications.
• Assist in ensuring employee compliance.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels using planning tools and guides.
• Maintain daily customer contact to understand merchandise expectations.
• Ensure sanitation compliance and train associates in the Perishable departments.
• Assist with other operational areas as directed by the Store Manager.
