Job summary

• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume and ordering guides.
• Train associates in presentation, freshness, pricing standards and safe handling of food.
• Assist in scheduling coverage and in ensuring sanitation standards.
• Record perishable markdowns and monitor inventory levels per SOPs.
