Responsibilities

• Provide periprocedural anticoagulation plan management.
• Collaborate with providers (MDs and APCs) for complex cases.
• Conduct pre‑op plan reviews, verify medications, and ensure chart accuracy.
• Work closely with OR, surgery clinics, preadmissions, pharmacy, and social work.
• Participate in department projects and cross‑training (preadmissions).
