Job summary
Gundersen Health System's Cardiology Device Clinic in La Crosse, WI is seeking a full-time RN to join a specialized team providing device care and patient education. The role blends procedural coordination, phone-based and in-person nursing to support device implants and device management with collaboration across cardiology physicians and advanced practice providers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of associate degree in Nursing and RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience, including at least 1 year in cardiology.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support; ACLS required after hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and patient care.
- Perform phone triage and patient education; complete medication refills; manage EPIC in-basket and MyChart messages.
- Provide direct patient care through in-person device interrogation, evaluation and optimization of device settings.
- Support inpatient and procedural areas by conducting device interrogations in OR, ED, MRI, Radiation Oncology, and Pain Medicine.
- Assist with procedure coordination and in-office procedures.
