Job summary

223 Aurora Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time RN for the AMG Westhaven site, 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week) in Oshkosh/Fond du Lac with occasional travel to nearby communities. The role focuses on anticoagulation status and patient care within a multi-disciplinary team.

The position requires RN licensure with BLS, typically 1 year of nursing experience, and a commitment to safety, evidence-based practice, and continuous professional development. Hours are 8a-5p, three days per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Active RN license with privileges in WI or multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Float to other units within the service area as needed.
• Upholds ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making.
