You will perform terminal cleaning, rapid room turnovers, and routine sanitation of OR spaces, while maintaining sterile equipment and reporting faulty items. Evening shift, $5,000 sign-on bonus, and day-one benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to anticipate, prioritize and coordinate work in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master environmental cleaning processes for perioperative areas.
• Perform sterilization duties in MOR and prepare tables for procedures.
• Learn terminal cleaning to keep MOR spaces free of infectious materials.
• Perform rapid room turnovers and prepare OR after turnover.
• Clean and maintain OR areas and ensure sterile, safe equipment.
• Report faulty equipment and maintain PPE supplies.
