Responsibilities

• Coordinates inventory management for Preoperative services and orders materials for procedures.
• Establishes par levels and tracking for department inventory; collaborates on pricing and invoicing.
• Ensures FDA guidelines, recalls, and logs for implants and tissue.
• Reviews invoices and reconciles patient bills with RN leads and schedulers.
• Participates in cost-reduction efforts and value analysis to meet GPO contracts.
• Aids in supply chain management and capital budgeting for the department.
