Job summary

Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s Wilcox Medical Center in Kaua‘i seeks a Business Manager, RN to lead Perioperative Services operations, aligning clinical care with financial goals. You will plan, organize, facilitate, and monitor business activities, collaborating with the Perioperative team to ensure viable service delivery, and provide leadership to achieve strategic objectives in a full-time, day-shift role.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, Hawaii RN license, BLS, and perioperative experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or business required.
• Current Hawai‘i RN License and BLS CPR certification.
• At least 2 years of perioperative clinical experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; SIS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, facilitate, and monitor Perioperative Services business operations.
• Collaborate with Perioperative team to implement financial goals and objectives.
• Ensure fiscally viable and optimal service delivery in perioperative areas.
