Qualifications

• Current CA RN License.
• Bachelor Degree, Masters preferred.
• CNOR preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing leadership experience in peri-operative care in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations, staffing and workflow.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital policies and standards.
• Float to Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital as needed.
• Support performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and service quality.
