Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Previous Director-level leadership experience.
• Hands-on intraoperative/operating room experience in a unionized nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for perioperative services.
• Oversee six operating rooms.
• Report to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Oversee two direct reports and approximately 85 FTEs.
• Improve scheduling, efficiency, productivity and accountability to support growth in Surgical Services.
• Develop departmental leaders to support strong operational performance.
