Job summary

Lead a collaborative clinical team with physician and executive leadership to shape best practices and drive continuous improvement across the perioperative continuum.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in PACU, perioperative services, or ambulatory surgery settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across PAT, Pre-Op, and PACU services.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and adherence to AAAHC and AORN standards.
• Build and retain a high-performing perioperative nursing team.
• Drive quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
